This vibrating feeder has the features of low energy consumption, high productivity, simple structure, easy maintenance, fully enclosed structure, no dust and automatic nesting, which is more suitable for work of assembly line.

The linear vibrating screen also can be applied to the screening and grading of powder and granular materials, which is widely used plastics, chemical industry, building materials, food, carbon, chemical fertilizer industry and so on.

Working principle of linear vibrating screen

Linear vibrating screen adopts dual vibrating motors. When the two motors do synchronized and reverse rotation, the generated centrifugal force is offset in the parallel direction of motor axis, and stacked together as a resulting force in the perpendicular direction of the motor axis. Hence, the screen trajectory is a straight line. There is a inclination in the relative sieve surface of two motors, under the resulting force of exciting force and the force of gravity, the material was thrown up on the screen and leaped forward for linear motion so as to achieve the purpose of screening and grading of materials. It can be applied to the assembly line to achieve the automatic work, which has the features of low energy consumption, High efficiency, simple structure, easy maintenance, fully enclosed structure, no dust and so on. Besides, it can screen 7 kinds of materials with different granularity.
